The X Factor wanted to create an even better experience for their younger audience. For this Hippo and DR developed and launched a whole new channel on the social media TikTok (former Musical.ly).
Hosting the profile we teamed up with @ByFillippaAndIsabella. They developed weekly content, produced videos and organized lives and interviews on TikTok and Instagram -and was hosting the channel.
Hippo worked closely with the social media team of The X Factor and DR to make sure that the content was tied to the rest of the TV show’s other social channels and always in The X Factor-Spirit. The content made for TikTok was also reposted on the other channels to share and expand the audience.
Results we’re petty outstanding with more than 29.000 thousand new fans achieved in only three months. A highly engaged audience that LOVED The X Factor.
